- Ed Ryder, author of “Job Selling.”
You know these are difficult times for hiring new workers.

Maybe you’ve figured out that you need to sell your job opportunities better, BUT YOU DON’T KNOW HOW.
This is where I come in. I solve for this particular problem.
Not only do I bring in new ideas and inject new energy into your process, but most importantly — I help you to uniquely shape a better outcome when it comes to hiring successfully.
How?
I will sell you the blue print. It’s my fast-read book: “Job Selling — The 5 Step Applicant Attraction Plan.”
After reading it, you could go forward on your own, take my ideas and run with it. But you will most likely set yourself up better for success if you bring me in to do this work for you.

Customer Testimonial
“Ed came in with a unique approach to show potential candidates more than just your same old job posting. His idea was to lift the curtain and introduce some of the people that you will speak with throughout the interview process. He also asked a lot of questions to help highlight some of the normally unlisted benefits to working for KQT. Ed was genuinely interested in learning about the company and our processes which made things fun. He is a very interesting guy with a wide variety of life experiences which helped us look at our approach differently.”

This business is pleading for workers. But how is that going to work? A similar business across the street has a similar sign.
I noticed on my local main street that 3 businesses in a row had “help wanted” signs in their windows. In another town I saw two restaurants across from each other displaying prominent “help wanted” banners. One showed an hourly pay range. The other did not.
Basically, everybody is using the same approach. And it apparently isn’t working.
You have to DISTINGUISH yourself as being an overall better opportunity. This requires making adjustments to your approach.
What adjustments?
Get my book and find out! The blue print to more effective applicant attraction awaits, and it is available for an unknown amount of time at reasonable cost.
This is a recreation of a real help wanted ad I saw, (with the town name removed).
If you were in the hunt for a job, would you respond to that ad?
Probably not, right? This employer obviously has no idea how to sell a job. And I get it — their zone of genius is making tasty food. That’s their specialty. They haven’t thought through how they can stand apart from competing employers, and how they can better attract candidates. And they probably don’t have time to make that effort anyway.
The solution is to bring in an outside specialist to help make the needed change. That’s when progress begins to happen. That’s when goals are more likely to be achieved — when you bring in the specialized talent to handle the task you don’t have time for or don’t know how to do.
Take a logical step and learn more about my substantially different approach. As you read my mini-book, you will quickly see that it all makes sense.
